The KVC460 ATM SHIM Vacuum Gauge Sensor is a combination of Piezo Sensor and Pirani Sensor. Vacuum Pressure is accurately measured and used in various vacuum processes.
To ensure the highest level of accuracy and reproducibility between gauges, all Gauge is calibrated in the factory, so controller adjustment is not required.
